I pulled in the the back and was immediately greeted and waved into the bay. Everybody snapped into action. Never having been to Valvoline instant oil change, I was a little overcome because I didn't even know what the prices were or what exactly was going to be done. There are no price/service boards or displays. Even though I didn't have to get out of my car, I wanted to make sure the correct oil was going to be used. Ethan greeted me and began taking my information. The crew were already starting. So fast!! I was impressed how quickly and in-tune they worked together. I say it was a little overwhelming because it was my first time. It couldn't have taken more than 10 minutes, so it seemed. None of this was a negative if it sounds that way. The only thing I would change for them to ask if I was new and a quick explanation of prices and services included.
