I only gave them one star because zero stars were not an option. The very next time I took my vehicle in for an oil change, which was at another business, they said the old pan drain was overtightened and my oil pan had to be changed which cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars.

My car, a Hyundai, has factory engine problems with excessive wear. At 30,000 miles I decided I needed to monitor my oil to anticipate this developing. The technician refused to take a sample for me to send off to a lab. Apparently, this is company policy. The only thing I can think to cause them to refuse this courtesy is that they are concerned that a sample will reveal some defect in their performance of the service, I.e. they are using sud-standard oil instead of the full synthetic that I am paying for. I will go to a service center with MY concerns in mind, not theirs.
