There were 2 services recommended by the staff that they could not complete because they stated that this shop was not quipped with what my car needed. I asked if they could order those products in and the staff said yes, but I will be surprised if I receive a phone call from them. I prefer to shop local and if I have to go out of town for these additional services that Valvoline did recommend, I will not be very happy.

I had been to this location in the past, with this same vehicle, as well as our brand new vehicle, and it was a great experience. This time, with our older vehicle, they wouldnu2019t perform my oil change stating there was oil leaking. I told him we are aware of this oil leaking, as it has been for quite a few years and explained this to the representative. A well trusted mechanic told us a few years back this is something that didnu2019t need to be fixed. Your representative still indicated they canu2019t perform the oil change. Shouldnu2019t it be up to me to have this oil changed even though we know it leaks? I went down the street and they did my oil change no questions asked. I will be going back to this other place from now on and never return to Valvoline. Very disappointed.

The skid plastics under the car werenu2019t put back properly. I drive I 69 daily for work and they came flying off the next day. I called the staff a woman answered said sheu2019d get a manager and hung up on me while on hold . Now I have no protection under my car for this winter and air is flowing freely inside destroying my fuel mileage . I am pretty upset and just feel neglected. Swept under rug for me to now deal with
