Honestly speaking I wasn't expecting much, being that it is called an "instant oil change". I just figured I would be in and out with little to no communications, but my experience was far from that. From the time I pulled into the garage, I was greeted kindly by everyone I came into contact with, and was treated like a human being. I was educated on Valvoline services and what they offered, and did not feel pressured to purchase anything other than what I came to receive. I was extremely pleased with my service and have since considered coming here for every oil change from now on.

I couldn't believe the oil change cost $81 even after using a $25 coupon. That seems crazy! I'll go back to changing the oil myself for $40 for full synthetic.

My visit was quick and all the guys were great! Very friendly! I ended up going back later in the day because I noticed a spot on my parking spot at work and the guys, some new, I think 6 of them all jumped in to see what was the cause…amazing!! They were sooo nice and wiped everything down and explained about a special drain I have that must have gotten frame oil in it and dripped out, but now everything was clean. They were all so awesome!! I will definitely be coming back!!! Thanks!!

This is the second consecutive time at this location that some of the services that I've come to expect weren't performed, or even offered. The lights, brave lights and the signals weren't checked. The store was busy. If that's a seethe that they don't offer any more, I can go somewhere else, but it would be nice to have that communicated.
