They didn't put enough oil in during the service and as I was driving home, the oil light came on! I told my boyfriend who drove it back to the store and told them about the light. After much discussion, they finally added another quart of oil and it was finally right! I had just got that car three days prior to the service. My boyfriend didn't like the color of the oil and asked me to stop by that shop after work and get it changed. This could have been a disaster for a "new" to me car.

They did not have the oil I wanted. They used an impact drive to tighten my engine shield. The person changing my oil filter did not know how to do it. He had to ask for help. All of my TPMS valve caps were loose and one of my tires went flat. I aired it up and tightened the valve stem cap. It's been ok ever since. Not the best experience.

The employees were nice and efficient. Didn't take a long time to get the oil changed. Was in and out in no time. I was happy with the service.
