Valvoline didn't take responsibility for $1,000 worth of repairs it cost me to get my car fixed. The workers struggled to get my air filter back in my vehicle and when they finally did we left like normal. Not long after that, my vehicle cut off in traffic and I had to have it towed to a repair shop. AFTER the repair shop fixed it they told us the problem was the air filter was put in wrong and that is what caused the damage to my vehicle. Of course Valvoline made excuses NOT to be responsible! I HIGHLY do NOT recommend going to Valvoline.
