Its nice, I get to sit in my car and also monitor at the same time. I have had plenty of bad experiences in other places. I'm not going to name any, but I used to go to this big chain. They took my car, and the mechanic there spilled oil on my car. Next time, maybe he could tell me that my oil is leaking.
I had my car checked, and I was informed that there's no leakage from the oil, but there's oil spilled on my head on top of the engine. I'm really liking that Valvoline lets you monitor the mechanics while they're doing their job. It's nice that I get to see what they're doing and keep an eye on them. Overall, it's a very satisfying experience, and it's really quick and efficient.

I went in on Saturday morning everyone was very polite and the shop was very clean and organized I gave 4 stars only because they didn't check my lights and signals or air filter I was a bit surprised because they weren't busy at all but I still highly recommend them the mishawaka store is awesome
