I put a quart of additive in which I paid for and brought but I was still charged for a 6 quart oil chang. I even questioned it and he said headquarters requires he does it. Doesnu2019t make sense and it may lead me to change my own or go elsewhere now

I was not in need of an oil change at that time, they showed me the dip stick and assure me that it was clean. They also showed me on my car how to check the oil life, I had just went by mileage. They said that even though I didnu2019t need an oil change they would check the tire pressure as well as the fluids as well. They were friendly and courteous and showed they were happy with their jobs. I will continue to use their service and tell others. I hope you will continue to treat your employees well, because they all represented your businesses well.
