There is little that I DID like. I was there for 1 hour and 25 minutes. The tech had trouble installing the cabin air filter, and the manager finally got it finished. She had trouble too. No one person worked on my truck; people came and went with wasted time between. It was chaotic not at all organized. I had to go back because when I checked the oil level it was low. I saw the sign at the entrance that said there was a 21 point check. They actually asked me "how are your tires?" There was no checks , by the manger's own words, " we don't do that". I paid $140.00 for a basic oil change and cabin filter. Not a new air cleaner, they didn't even check tire pressure. This place is a bad joke. The manager said they were understaffed. I sat there on a 90+ degree day for well over an hour. I will never go back, my family has 4 cars. As I said I had to go back to get another 1/2 quart, after they said they put in 6 quarts and I paid extra for an additional quart. They argued that they had to put in more to top it off. I would appreciate a reply, Richard Corcoran
