They wasn’t happy cause we showed up 15 minutes before closing time . The valvoline team didn’t check the lights / turn signals / washer fluid . All they did was change the oil , there was only 1 employee that was friendly / social able with us . Everyone else was quiet. They wouldn’t print out a receipt cause the manager said he was out of ink .

No one said anything about my vehicle needing extra oil. The total charge did not match what I was told initially. After looking closer at my receipt via email, I noticed the additional $10 charge. Also, they couldn't get to the cabin air filter and I was afraid they were going to break something so I told them to skip that part. It took my multiple times saying it for them to actually stop trying. It probably was fine since I've not had my vehicle very long.
