I very much enjoy going to this location, we've been going here with both of our vehicles for 2 and 1/2 years now come home since we moved to the state. We started going here before the company / name change happened, they were nice then, and are still nice now. All the workers are very helpful and knowledgeable. The oil changes are done very quickly. The prices are reasonable for the most part. The coupons are very nice and appreciated.

I believe staff should have a better understanding when answering calls from Customer Service Center. I was told I can use a coupon doing a phone call when calling Valvoline and when I arrived to the facility the staff said that customer service accept phone calls and I was mislead. So in my opinion I believe Customer service staff should have a better understanding with communication with customers!

I was told they ran out of filters for my car however upon my own investigation and call back I found out I could bring my own , which wasn’t suggested at Initial contact , However, even though I brought my own parts, I was still charged full price for oil change, which means I was charged for a filter that I already purchased on my own

Will be contacting better business bureau and also any local social media and will tell friends to avoid this location at all costs… due to unethical business practice and out right untruthfulness by staff. I was quoted $69 for the oil change with my $10 coupon… after I was quoted and my oil was emptied, the seller of services came back and said I didn’t know but we were out of the cheaper oil so we had to use the more expensive and your new total is $109!!!!!!! No hey sorry we are out of the other oil so come back later or go to a different location… no options… just an oh hey so I have to charge you for the expensive oil(even though that’s not what I asked for nor was quoted as the final quote). Probably the most unethical approach to business I have ever encountered in my 52 years of life AND as a manager of a restaurant!! I would fire my employees if they ever took advantage of a customer such as your employees did!!
