They didnt fully tighten the oil filter on my wife's car. They lost 2 valve stem covers from her tires. They said they topped off her fluids but her coolant is low. This was all 1 week ago. They are fighting to not reimburse my wife. Hire some employees that know how to do their jobs.

Went in today for an oil change and was greeted by a nice young lady. Got an oil change but that's all they did. No tire pressure check, brake light, turn signal checks nothing. On top of that the customer service from the light skinned curly hair dude was less than pleasing. Really seemed like he didn't want to be at his job. He should take some customer service pointers from his coworkers. The attendant speaking with me about my vehicle was also very polite. I appreciate those that were polite and didn't seem as though I was an inconvenience for them
