My sticker indicated I needed an oil change at 58,777 miles. I pulled in and told staff that my current mileage was at 58,786 staff proceeding to tell me that I didn't need an oil change that even though the sticker says 3000 miles I should wait until 5000 but that they would top me off. I've never heard this before. When I left I looked at my receipt and the staff stated I only had 58,750 miles. Was this just laziness? I was not given a new sticker as they didn't do an oil change and now I don't know when I really need to go get my next oil change. I will never go back to state st valvoline the one on ctown rd always does a great job

The team was very nice but they didnu2019t put the skid plate (or whatever the cover is down below) back on. As I was driving down the road after leaving, I started hearing a weird noise. When I stopped and looked under my car, I saw it dragging. Once my husband took a look, he realized they had stopped the screw all the way through, so he had to use zip ties to hold it back up.
