I received my oil change and I needed a headlight bulb that Valvoline and surrounding Valvoline's were out of stock. The team stated if I go and buy the bulb at O'Reilly's, since it was the exact same bulb, I could return and it would be replaced for me. I did exactly that and even though they were working on other cars, the staff was able to switch out my bulb in just a few minutes, I really appreciated that, excellent customer service.
