The oil change and staff were good. However, I should not drive away from any service station having parts of my car fall off from not being put back together properly. They failed to replace the undercarriage shield properly. It's dragging with the front end on the ground. I already work 14hr days. I will have to drive an hour out of my way to get them to fix this. Not including the time I may have to wait. This is so unacceptable. Lacks competence.
