My son Samuel Coots works at this location. It is his understanding that family was supposed to receive his 20% discount. He reminded Jake the guy working the window several times. Jake said he would. Jake never told me the price when I paid. My receipt was emailed to me and because it only shows the total and not individual prices it seems like the discount was not applied. I have come here now for several years and it doesn't seem like the discount was applied.

0Very long wait for service manager came out said it wou.ld ba a wait and offered $25.00 off purchase , After an hour wait in for service told tech required info for vehicle, told tech to check tires light had just came on indicating low pressure . at end of service tech had not checked tires mentioned again and he told another tech to check tires had to add air . At check out told tech about $25.00 off from manager and I had $10.00 off coupon . He checked and said he couldn't give $35.00 discount would have to make phone call , told him to do so! Gave him money to complete service , excepting $35.00 off . Bill shows 30.00 off !!
