I went to this location because I had a coupon and have visited several Valvoline locations before, but this was my first time at this one. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The employee who checked me in was very impatient and repeatedly ignored me when I asked questions. I asked three times whether they checked tire pressure—twice I was ignored, and on the third attempt he finally said yes. However, it was clear that my tire pressure had not actually been checked, so I had to ask a fourth time at the end of my visit and speak with someone else to finally get that service completed. This lack of communication and attentiveness made the visit frustrating compared to my previous Valvoline experiences. He was just quick to get my payment and quick for me to leave when I was the only vehicle in the bay and no others waiting.
