The first 2 times I was there all was good. This time seems everybody was new , did not see anybody I remember from the first 2 visits . The staff was friendly and did there best but seemed to lack experience . The oil change took over one half hour. Seeing that you charge a premium price I expect premium service which I did not receive .This visit was very disappointing .Seems like I was watching a baseball game where the players took the field not knowing what position they played . Nice staff but lacked a game plan.
