Charged me for services I did not want or approve..account information was incorrect I notified them immediately of the issues and they did not correct it instead charging me for services saying the last guy approved it and its fleet vehicle??? Immediately afked.for refund and manager referred to a number that was not open to assist because it was a Sunday...so you can charge my card incorrectly but when I attempt to correct it you are unable to assist me and get it resolved now 2 days later I'm at same place trying to get this resolved and Instead of talking with a manager who is not here at 930 am on a workday I am sitting in noter waiting while workers do not assist

Greetings, I have been using Valvoline for the last several oil changes on this vehicle. This experience started out well but I was concerned when one of the techs said that he just started and didn't know what he was doing. The oil filter cap was then stripped. After 30 minutes of unsuccessful attempts to remove it, we were sent down the street to an auto service center. They were also unsuccessful. We returned the next day where my wife waited for six hours for the vehicle to be repaired due to the damage caused by the unsuccessful removal of the cover. Valvoline did pay for the repair and management was courteous throughout the experience. Proper training would prevent this type of incident. After years of being a loyal customer, my confidence in Valvoline is shaken.Tom
