The attendant gave me two separate prices for oil and then asked about a warranty. I was confused. At the other places I've gotten my oil changed, I trust that they will give me the best oil for my car without questions asked and without different prices. The attendant also asked me about changing my air filter. He showed my mine. I didn't know if it needed changed or not based on how it looked. It would of been nice for him to have assessed the filter and told me whether or not he recommended a change in air filter.It would be nice to have shown me the type of oil and air filter that was put in / on the car.

Then after the oil change no staff member knew how nor did they reset the computer indicating my oil was changed. I paid ($76.00) labor to the service center across the street to reset my computer indicating a recent oil change.

The manager named Joey was extremely professional his staff was extremely knowledgeable explaining everything in detail from step 1 thru the entire process each and every tech was clean cut and in that environment they did not look stressed at all and having a good time being safe and efficient it was an extremely relaxing visit on my end so just wanted to say thank you for all they did for me itu2019s great to know that I can send my wife there and have zero worries

The basic oil change and service were fine. They really pushed the upsell and I did replace all the wiper blades. The mgr, Shawn, had me test the front wipers after the install, but not the rear, I checked later, and he broke it off. I returned and Shawn was gone for the day. Eddy, took care of it and ordered the new part and was very nice.

They explain what they are doing and they show what has been performed. They show how healthy and/or unhealthy things are in the car for example the battery health and the engine filter. They are great at explain anything you have questions about. They even checked for signs of why my tire has been losing air and made suggestions of where I could go to get that fixed for a fair price.
