My oil drain plug (which was last serviced by you guys at the same station) was apparently stripped? The girl under my truck struggled with it for some time before I mentioned to another gentleman, I’m starting to get nervous about what was transpiring. To his credit, he did go down personally and get the plug off,….but not very reassuring because nothing was explained in detail other than “plug was stripped, I took care of it.” Plus, they didn’t reset my oil life, leaving me to google how to do it.

When I pulled in they didn't ask me what services I needed, she asked me what the mileage was on my car, I showed her that I couldn't see it because the low oil life message was on and I didn't know how to get it off, she then told me how to get to the right screen, then the guy asked me to pop the hood, then after a few minutes she showed me the screen and asked me which oil service I wanted, I had told her then one that I had gotten on my other visits. She showed me the air filter and said I wouldn't need to change until next visit. She then told me how much my visit would be, I showed her that I had a coupon on my phone, she scanned it and took my card. She said they were almost done. When they were done I asked her how to get the mileage to show back up, she walked me through it. No one was rude, it just wasn't like all of the other visits that I had experienced here. They usually greet me different, explain what options I could choose from, they didn't check any of my light, blinkers or windshield wipers. I had come to this location because of all of the great customer service I had experienced. Just disappointed, I kind of felt like get her in and out.
