I wasn't at your location. Or any Valvoline location. You haven't updated your records, so the person who bought my car and drove to your location is still logged in under my address and email. You emailed me that person's receipt which had a credit card number attached. In this day of the availability of data through the dark web and hacking, you've exposed that person and me - if you gave him/her a receipt, it's got MY address on it. Thank you ever so much for endangering my safety. Update your records EVERY freaking time a customer comes in.
