I took my car to this Valvoline outlet. The car was in good condition, drives great and no leaks. Few minutes into their Oil change and transmission fluid change, One of the staff admitted on sticking the tube used to transmit the transmission oil too deep into my engine and that it was STUCK in there and they would have to tow my car to an auto repair shop, and they will be responsible for the towing. I was shocked that what did they do to my car just now???. Just few minutes later their manager told me that no need to tow the car to the repair shop, that he was able to call around and figure it out. I took my car and left home. Same day the car broke down, oil was splashed at the hood and on some parts of the engine , some disconnection noticed inside the engine and I called the Valvoline care center, they asked me to tow it to an auto repair shop, on the following day, they declined the claim and towing fee of $120. I was NOT helped at all. I had to pay for all the repair expenses and towing fee.
They blamed my car damaged because of water outlet damage which I told them their staff may have triggered the damage while doing the transmission oil change. So unfortunate!
