I asked for the top lube tech to not lean against the vehicle as to his clothes were soiled w/oil which was ignored & to not lay the dipstick on the plastic radiator as to our vehicle is 100% clean within the engine bay & the outside. Both times i relayed that to the lady manager she relayed it to the individual & he just ignored it. So when the oil change was completed i told the manager i was no longer interested in the other work we needed to get completed ( about $1,200 in updates.... 4wd, transmission, transfer, cabin filter, radiator) & me & my wife left to go somewhere else to get work finished out at. Because once we were out of the bay i pulled over to the side where i wiped all the oil off the fenders grill & hood/headlight areas & wiped the pooled oil spots where the dipstick laid at off & where oil had dripped to...

I've already called Customer Service, after holding several times for over 10 minutes, and explained it all to her. She never asked for my name and number for anyone to contact me. I'm not going through it all again. If you're Customer Service rep doesn't take someone's name and number for follow up, that is not good. Customer service service.
