Normally I go to Jiffy lube for my oil changes. But my car began to have a lot of problems. This was my second visit to Valvoline and I said it after the first visit, I'd never ever ever go back to Jiffy lube. As soon as I entered the establishment, the greeting was wonderful. My business felt appreciated. I've never been to a place that checked the lights around my car and my signals. The staff is extremely friendly and that's a rare commodity in today's time. I'd love to do a video for you all but I'm not together for that at this very moment, lol. Thank you for great customer service and I'll see you all again soon!

Upon driving up I headed towards one of the three doors and was waived to another door, I assumed because they were going to be done with that current vehicle next and that was the appropriate one for me to wait behind. That didn't happen, and the other two bays finished before, allowing other vehicles to enter, at which time an employee came out after seeing my frustration and made others back up and then had me move over to another bay. It was a bit of a cluster %% if you get what I'm saying. Ater that, service was good, and I don't rate "highly satisfied" because I still think the overall price is too high. The convenience of it being in my town is great and is way better than spending two hrs at the dealer for the same service, but I don't believe that is just cause for the higher cost of the same service.
