10/10, my dad had been out of town for work and he has always done my oil change, being a girl in her 20’s I did my research and found Valvoline being less than a mile away As intimidating it can be for a girl, I went in and was assisted right away with honesty and did not feel pressure at all Definitely will be coming back! I went 6/1 around 4:00PM , thank you to the nice guys there :)

It was ok. Didn't mind waiting a bit. The workers seemed sad or not wanting to be there. The service was fast and effiecient. Said they checked my tires. They did not.

Went here for the first time today for a full synthetic oil change on my 2019 Jetta. They suck the old oil out through the dip stick tube and you wait in the car now. which is new to me. But what's nice is you don't have to worry about the drain plug getting stripped. They were friendly and professional.
