This was by far the worst oil change service I’ve ever experienced. Service tech could not figure out how to get my air filter out, while trying to do so he was pulling on the mass air flow wiring connection and once he gave up I can hear his screw gun striping the bolt which he replied with “ it’s hard to get to”. I get it it’s young kids we are chancing our vehicles with but they could have at least, checked air pressure, cabin filter, washer fluid etc. then to top it off he turns the oil dip stick upside down then turns it to the side to show me my levels. Yes I can see all the work being performed “ or not being performed” through the opening of the hood and the dashboard. Worst $143.00 I’ve ever spent with a $15 coupon. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I RETURN TO THIS LOCATION, nor will any friends or family. Hopefully the oil is at least full when I get home.
