Staff broke the valve off of my tire while filling with air and proceeded to tell me there’s nothing they could do and that the spare tire was missing. I had to pull into a parking space and call my dad for assistance. While I waited, the staff left for the day at closing time. They insisted they weren’t responsible and offered ZERO help. On top of that… My spare was exactly where it was supposed to be. They either lied or are just that incompetent. They couldn’t even be bothered to put the spare on for me, let alone offer to pay for my valve repair. I’ll never be back

Went in at about 9am in the morning I was greeted by male manager and female employee who were both very nice and professional. Had to come back at 3pm because they were out of tranny fluid for my vehicle. Sort of disappointed at that fact how does an oil and lube place that has transmission service on there outside sign run out of tranny fluid.

Tried to charge me 101.00 after my 15.00 coupon. Charged me for SEVEN quarts of oil, my car takes 6.I complained the charge was too high, I had never paid this much. He then changed the bill from 101.00 to 72.89. There were 4 oil spots on my garage floor the following day. Had my car serviced for general maintenance 2 days later. They spotted the Valvoline filter was leaking. My mechanic cleaned up the mess and replaced the filter. I went to speak to the manager at Valvoline and he said it must have been defective, he mentioned several filters have been defective. What? I will NOT be coming back to this location due to being overcharged, adding an extra quarts and treated like no big deal on the leaking filter. Now I have a messy garage floor to clean up. These kids don't give a heck at this location.

I ended up at this Valvoline location because the place I normally go to was closed. I was impressed with how quickly the staff serviced my car. They did a great job and didn't talk to me like an uniformed female. They made suggestions on wiper blades and the cabin filter but didn't pressure me when I declined. I like that they checked my air filter and showed it to me, they didn't just try to sell me one even though mine still looked good. They got a repeat customer out that one visit and I will be back for sure.
