Spilled oil on my engine while filling it up. Didn’t think I saw it. Wouldn’t have said anything if I didn’t mention it. When questioned about it tech stated it was only a little bit. It wasn’t a little bit. Then tech looked at me and asked do you want clean it up? Really no just leave it and let it smoke and attract a bunch of dirt and grime in my engine compartment. He then dumped some water on that side and didn’t even bother to wipe anything off. I left that location went to the car wash and power washed the engine compartment so it wouldn’t smoke and stink.

The wait was a little long, due another vehicle having additional services performed. Employees moved several cars to the same lane because of this and other cars cut the line, then staff had to shuffle vehicles around.

I have visited this location several and was serviced on a first come first serve basis until today. It was a slow day. I waited for at least 30 mins (bay1)waiting to be next when all of a sudden someone came from behind me and butted me and at least 3 cars behind me and was serviced next in bay 2. I was appalled and was told by Nia the car was getting extra services (not true), they actually got an oil change and left before I did. Also, I observed that Nia didn't greet me at all or said her name. I observed her approaching the other car in BAY 2 with a pleasant welcome and identifying herself. I heard from the other Bay 2 that her name was Nia. It was overall an awesome customer service experience today. My suggestions is that bays should be marked if they only serviced cars needing extra services. Regardless, it should still be first come first serve to keep it fair. What happened today was CRAZY! Nia needs more customer service training. I hope whoever reads this is listening.
