I waited quite a while before anyone came to the car to talk to me. They were out of the filter and had to go to a sister store to get more. I was there over an hour. They did not check my turn signals or brake lights. No one there knew how to reset my oil gage in my car after the oil change was completed. I usually go to the Valvoline in Fishers on. 116 at street. They are awesome there. I will not be back to the Westfield location

I didn't have to wait outside in line for too long. Also, when I enter the bay, the service didn't take very long and they did give me a discount! The technician was very friendly and gave me plenty of information for the oil change I needed and other services that are available.

I previously had to drive 25 min to dealership, wind around 10 min in the parking lot to service, wait 30 min before they got to my car, and then a 25 min drive home. With Valvoline it is a 10 min drive. I get there early and all available service people help. I'm out in 20-30 minutes. Then another 10 min drive home. 50 minutes total for a Valvoline oil change compared to 1 1/2-2 hours at dealership. PLUS, dealership at beginning of Covid stopped putting full oil amount in car, so light would come on and I'd have to race to dealership to get it fixed. Valvoline puts in full oil amount.
