This is my third attempt to get an oil change at valvoline. It never ceases to amaze me how many excuses can be presented to me as to why they cannot service my vehicle. The first time they said they didn’t have oil for my car. The second time they said they didn’t have enough oil for my car. Now they tell me they don’t have a filter but can’t tell me if or when they’ll get one in. I received a “maybe Tuesday” but no one offered to call me to let me know either way or offer to order a filter. I used to be a loyal customer but now it’s feeling like every time I come in there’s an excuse as to why I can’t receive service.
