My most recent stop at this location will be the last. You say you do 15 minute oil changes yet take 30-45 minutes per vehicle. As a customer I would appreciate it if I could come in and simply get an oil change! Stop trying to upcharge your customers with ridiculous things like new filters… most people can very easily do that themselves. My last experience I ended up waiting an hour and a half in total due to cars in front of me and my time in the garage. This time could be reduced if this location would simply just do the oil change. A 15 minute operation should not take 45 minutes to do. STOP UPCHARGING, CHECKING PEOPLES LIGHTS, AND DO THE FREAKING OIL CHANGE. If a customer asks for an oil change that means they want an oil change. They don’t want all this bonus nonsense you’re trying to sell. I will be choosing a different location in the future in hopes of finding a group of workers that will simply do my oil change in a timely manner and not try to upcharge me
