1.0 out of 5.0

The 1-10-minute wait is plainly a LIE. The technicians operate with no urgency. I sat for 30 minutes waiting for a bay to open up. No one even acknowledged my presence. With no estimate of how long it would take, and nobody providing the basic curtesy of even acknowledging that it was taking longer than it should have, I left. I won’t be back. I should have listened to the other reviews about the long wait times.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Hi Eric. We aim to minimize wait times, but they can vary due to our "first come, first served" policy and our additional services. We apologize for any longer-than-expected waits, and we hate to hear our team dropped the ball. We'll be sharing your feedback with our management team to review for improvements. If you have any further questions, please email your VIN to CCsocial@valvoline.com.
