It took them quite a while to change my manual transmission fluid, but i understood the plugs/bolts were on there incredibly tight so i don't hold it against them.I only wish they would have told me the condition of the old fluid they changed after the fact.They did a good job i think! Very friendly.

The mechanic found a dead mouse in the engine bay and let me know and also mention they looked around it and found no chewed wires but to be mindful of it. To me that was extra they didn't have to do but did anyway.
