Refusing to do a transmission fluid change even though I've instructed them on how to do so. Every single person is afraid because they haven't done it before. It's very simple. And honestly, I've been needing a transmission change for several oil changes. I shouldn't be told to find a mechanic and be provided a business card for outside services. You advertise you do it. DO IT.

When you arrive,you have no idea what stall to go to. No one comes out and tells you where to go. Very annoying to everyone I noticed. So you linger back then someone else ends up going before you when you are waiting. How about fixing this? There are lulls after the oil is put in then nothing seems to be being worked on your vehicle. Time consuming.

The service I asked for was done correctly and quickly and I was offered additional services with a full explanation of how they were done and what would improve.
