If I owned an oil change location, or just about any business, Skyler is who I would want as the customer facing person. She was friendly, knowledgeable, upsold me on almost every product you offer without being pushy, and generally just a pleasure to deal with. Getting an oil change is, frankly, not something I ever want to spend time on. Today it was a pleasure. I spent twice as much as I meant to and came away thinking it was a bargain.

I came in for a routine check and oil change and came out with a problem. One of the technicians pulled the dip stick out and it broke. I understand age of car is a factor with any maintenance measure. Annoyed there wasnu2019t a discount of some degree. What this means now for me is that I have to find a mechanic to install a new dip stick. Not a major cost/damage. Luckily Iu2019m not financially strapped. I am not petty by any means but the status quo of still charging full price is just bad business.
