Waited over an hour with 2 toddlers in the car. They asked me to switch places in line with someone and told me the position they put me in would be faster. They proceeded to finish the car I was waiting behind and then completed the person they asked me to switch with and then led the next car in that came almost 40 minutes after I showed up. I will never return to this location.

First time going to a quick oil change shop. Waited an hour for them to complete one car because the mechanic and car owner were having an extremely long conversation not even about the work at hand... Then once it was my turn I waited another 20 minutes for them to tell me they won't be changing my oil due to a wet undercarriage and unique circumstances (it was rainy that day). Felt like they just didn't want to change my oil because it was the end of the day. What a waste of time. I would of preferred them being honest that the process was going to take longer then normal so I could go to the other establishments. They at least topped off my fluids for free but I feel like a sucker for going here.
