I never had a problem before but this time had several issues. First when replacing my battery they used a much shorter one. Not even sure if it is recommended for my Nissan. They didn't tell me. Then they didn't tell me that they stripped out the nuts on the bracket holding the battery in place and it wasn't even holding anything. I found all this out later that night,8 pm, when I went to leave the laundry mat. My car wouldn't start. Nothing, no lights. No cranking, nothing. A very nice STRANGER, helped me out. He found that the bracket was just sitting there on top of the battery and the nuts on the bolts had been stripped. That is when he thought the battery was a smaller size. and then one of the cables had never been fully tightened. I had to go to auto zone to get a new bracket that had threads all down the bolt to tighten the bracket. And they tightened the nut.
Very disappointed and not sure I want to go back to see if this battery is the correct one for my car. Don't know if I can trust what they tell me.
