I had an oil change completed, and shortly after leaving and getting on the highway, my vehicle began smoking. I immediately returned to the shop, where I was informed the oil had been overfilled. The team corrected the issue by draining and refilling the oil.
While I appreciate that they fixed the problem, this situation created a safety concern while I was driving and required me to interrupt my day to return to the shop.
I was told compensation is only provided if there is confirmed damage to the vehicle. However, I believe a refund or service credit would be appropriate given the circumstances and inconvenience caused by this error.

Marlon was great and gave me quick clear instructions on which bay to go in and Bradley directed me in that made it super easy and very understandable and was so kind and clear when telling me the services my car needed, Kaden and Gavin were super efficient and accurate when working on my car and showed and explained my oil, filter, and battery. Marisha was super friendly and kind! I could tell that Jason and Kevin were working super hard and doing a great job!
