First off I run a Fleet of 40 cars and have a fleet militance program that says what to do every oil change. this was not followed ever. they always want to do the least possible, this time they were to flush my Radiator Kid didn't mention it. but had the packet of what to do. If i cant count on them to take care of my fleet I wont bring it here anymore. also they fight me every time to rotate my tires . One time they didn't have anyone that knew how to do it. what?? this time all there tools were broke, they have lost almost every screw to the plastic piece under my car. very poor facility and no customer experience qualifications its 3 guys who fart and joke about farts.
