I went in for an oil change & rotation at this location for the first time. They weren’t busy and there was no line. When I requested an oil change and a tire rotation, the woman helping me immediately frowned, glanced at my tires, and told me they “looked fine” and that I should only rotate them when the front tread starts getting low. It felt like she just didn’t want to perform the service and was being lazy with her job. I explained that my tires haven’t been rotated in almost 9 months, and she still insisted that was “fine.” This is simply incorrect — tire rotations are recommended every 5,000–7,500 miles to prevent uneven wear, not only once the tread is already low. I ended up going elsewhere for the rotation because I didn’t appreciate being given misinformation. It also felt like she assumed I wouldn’t know better because I’m young. I may be young, but I’m not unaware of basic vehicle maintenance. Overall, the experience was baffling and unprofessional on her part.
