They put the wrong wiper blade on, then said they didnt have the proper one and couldnt physically give me a refund. I also had a 5 month old skid plate that fell off on the highway the day after visiting Vavoline. This isn't the first instance of my skid plate breaking after they did service. And in the past after rotating my tires my tire pressure symbol popped up even though my tires have exactly the right amount of air. They also never remember to reset my oil life on dash and frequently forget the mileage sticker.

This is not the Valvoline location I usually use. They were fast and efficient, but fell short on three items.
1. They did not provide the oil change reminder sticker for my windshield. I still have the old one from the other Valvoline location.
2. They did not reset the dashboard oil change reminder message on my display. I had to google how to do it myself.
3. They took my email to send me the receipt, which never came.
