I’ve been going to this Valvoline location for years and have always appreciated the convenience, but my last two visits have really changed my confidence in their service. At my previous oil change, I specifically asked for my tires to be filled. When I drove away, they were still low. I was annoyed but let it go, assuming it was just an oversight. Today I went to Take 5 for an oil change before a road trip—a few days before the 3‑month mark—and they immediately noticed my coolant reservoir was completely empty. Valvoline had marked it as “good” on my last service. The techs at Take 5 were shocked, took a picture, and even looked at my Valvoline receipt. They said they’d never seen it that low without someone mentioning it. This may have been one bad service, but it felt rushed, and now knowing what my coolant level actually was, I don’t feel like a full inspection was done. For the price point, you may want to double‑check their work or consider going elsewhere. Not a good look, Valvoline.
