The oil change tech needed much more training. I had to ask to have my lights checked. The tech said my lights were fine even though one of the low beams was inop.The oil filler device was not working at the location, so he put oil in via a pitcher while dripping oil on my engine. Hope he put the correct oil in.

You charged me the full amount on my bank card PLUS charged my gift card $50. I called Vanill card and confirmed you had used that as well. I want a refund immediately. The young girl that helped check me in, offer services and tell me what to do as I pulled in the bay was very short and sassy with me. She rolled her eyes when I turned my car off at the wrong time and was generally rather rude. The young man that changed my oil, Matthew was nothing but sweet and helpful.

Maybe because the guy that did my service she had to show how to do his job and he kept saying he's never worked on a newer vehicle like mine or done this. Confidence is important and it's not good to say out loud, "it's smoking now". Well whatever he did, I'm back Sunday morning bright and early to get done right.
