Last time I brought my vehicle in, I was told I needed a tire rotation. Would I like to do that? Sure. A few months later, I had low tire pressure. My husband went to have the tires filled, only to find the tires that the vehicle said were low were fine. It was the opposite tire that needed air. We discovered when they rotated my tires, they didn't move the sensor. Today, I had my husband take my vehicle in for my next oil change so he could tell them they needed to fix the sensor they didn't move when they did my tire rotation. They told him we would have to take it to a tire shop, they can't do that. WHAT?? You offer a service, but you can't really perform the service? NOT ok. If you can't actually rotate tires correctly, including the sensors that go with them, you should NOT provide that service. I was a newer customer of theirs. I paid you to rotate my tires. Now I have to pay another company to fix your screw up?? This makes me absolutely NOT trust this company or their ability. NOT happy.
