The bottom cover fell off my car that night when going to dinner. I heard the guy under my car mention something to a coworker about not being able to get something back on. I guess the cover was it. It came off on the highway and when I got pulled over to look at it there were only 3 screws in it. There are holes for 8 screws. I need new screws and a new cover now. While I wait for those to come in I have to drive around without a cover on the bottom off my vehicle. If you all had issues getting it back on you should have at least owned up to it and warned me rather than leave the job incomplete without me knowing, causing damage to my vehicle.

For the SECOND time Valvoline had failed to fully fasten the undercarriage panel. Which caused it to fall while driving causing damage to the panel and possibly under my vehicle. A Valvoline manager said they would replace the part at no cost. I am waiting to return from vacation to get this done. I expect this to be taken care of fully by Valvoline.

The staff at Valvoline always do a good job with my vehicle. Although I do feel the oil changes are a bit overpriced I continue to come here because the service is spectacular, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the oil is quality, and I never wait more than an hour like most other places. On my most recent visit I started experiencing an issue with deceleration right after having my oil changed here. The manager personally came out and rechecked all of the work done to my vehicle on behalf of his staff and even tried to help me figure out the problem. It was not related to the oil change or the air filter being replaced but another issue. Just an example of how the staff at Valvoline go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of and feel appreciated. Thanks Valvoline!
