If you have a Honda vehicle, DO NOT get your transmission fluid changed at Valvoline. They claim to put in a compatible fluid for Hondas. However, it is not compatible. My vehicle is experiencing issues because of the transmission fluid that they put into it. I took my vehicle to the Honda dealership and they confirmed this. I reached out to Valvoline for a reimbursement for the negligence and they denied my claim. I will never take my vehicle to Valvoline ever again. It's not worth it. You don't save money in the long run.
