First we started out in one lane was asked to move to other lane waited about 45 minutes to get in our lane was ready before the other lane so instead of offering the other guy a 10percent discount or just apologizing for a few minutes extra. They chose to tell us once again to move to other lane backing up approximately five cars to move him in front of us so I decided to leave and so did one of the others behind me so they lost two customers that day due to poor management .
