when I pulled up to get my oil changed, I sit there in the middle garage waiting for the vehicle in front of me to get done. I sat there for 25 minutes. Wow two cars left two other cars went in my vehicle. Nobody came to it when I pulled up to open my door to have it scanned, but they did the other two on each side of me sitting there for 25 minutes. Gentleman comes up and ask me. I’ve been waiting on and I kindly explained to him that I’ve been sitting there for 25 minutes and no one has once come to my vehicle , so yes, I am very dissatisfied. I will not return The oil change Center on Campbell Ln in Bowling Green Kentucky.
