Other than giving me a free service everything was great. It takes a lot to get 5 stars from me. Was the service perfect, no. Was the service great and checked most all the boxes, yes. One thing that kept them from 5 stars is price and they can't control that. I have never paid $100 for an oil change in my life. I do understand inflation but but just an oil change I was shocked, I couldn't clearly see the screen when he showed me, I just said, synthetic oil since that's all I ever used in my car.

I came in with oil leaking after getting it changed at the dealership the day before. I’ve never been to a Valvoline but it was awesome. They had me fixed up and out the door in time to go pick up my kid from daycare. I will be coming back here from now on. Everyone seemed to care about their job and they worked as a team. Unlike the dealership that lost half of my skid plate bolts and didn’t bother tightening my plug or filter, charged me $100 and it took 2.5 hours. Valvoline had me done in less than a half hour and it didn’t cost anything, and they topped up my oil.
