⭐️ 1 STAR I am beyond furious, disappointed, and honestly disgusted with how this situation has been handled by the Valvoline location in Burlington, KY. Your employee, Bryan Gautraud, has been harassing me and refusing to leave me alone. I have already called the store location FOUR separate times trying to get someone to address this situation, and I have received absolutely no response or resolution. At this point, I have had no choice but to escalate the matter to someone higher up in HR. I should not have to repeatedly contact a business because I am genuinely scared and worried about an employee’s behavior toward me. This is not something I am going to ignore or brush off. I expect Valvoline to take this seriously, investigate what is happening, and provide me with a response ASAP. I have attempted to resolve this through the Burlington location multiple times and have been ignored. Now I am asking corporate/HR to please step in and address this appropriately. Valvoline, I need a response. ASAP.
