Staff was super friendly from the moment I pulled up. Someone came out to say hello and told me how long the wait was. When I pulled into the garage, those staff members were super nice too. Everything was explained well and I did not feel pressured to upgrade everything. While the tires were getting rotated, someone even came into the lobby just to compliment the car and tell us how good condition it was in. They put the new sticker up in the window for me and waved goodbye and told us to have a nice day when I pulled out. Overall, a super nice experience.
