Good, not great. Forgot something on my bill and called me repeatedly in the middle of rush hour traffic to come back and pay it. Said they would give me a discount on it for coming back, the discount was small enough that it was completely undone by sales tax.

Sat in line for 40 minutes. They had me switch lanes once and were asking me to switch again. I told them I didn't have time today and I would come back another day. They had the car behind me back up so I could leave. What I didn't realize was they had me pop my hood while I was waiting to put windshield solvent in my car and had shut the hood but didn't latch it
I drove 30 minutes on I65 at 70 to 80 mph. When I got home realized my hood wasn't latched
Totally my fault for not checking but I had someone looking out for me. Guys were polite.
