I'm really not sure what kind of stars to start with. My first experience I doubt with Dante, Lisa, and Britt . I felt I had a positive experience. I got my vehicle home which I had just purchased two and a half months ago from online I came to Kentucky to pick it up. It had been sitting on my parents carport for 2 and 1/2 months. I flew up from Florida to drive it back to Florida but I wanted to have the oil changed. Like I said I thought I had a positive experience..... until, I NOTICED AN OIL LEAK ON MY MOTHER AND FATHER'S CARPORT. Not one oil leak for 2 and 1/2 months on their carport until I had my Tahoe serviced at this particular location by these particular people. I happen to know they took no notes about my oil leaks. I had to take my Tahoe back to have them look at it to see if they forgot to tighten something or whatever they're the professionals not me. I was greeted by Dante, told him the situation... Never saw him again. Next some yashimo came over confused took him 20 minutes to find my truck in the computer system maybe he was new maybe he was trying to learn the computer system.... Tried to convince me that I bought an old vehicle... Tried to convince me that this thing had oil leaks prior.... I explained to him if it had oil leaks why didn't I see it on my mother and father's carport... He continued to try to convince me that I bought a used car and that's what you get. He needs a lesson in customer service #1. He then told me there were no notes on the oil leaks from when I had it previously serviced 3 days previously.... After the 20 minutes of trying to find the record of me being there... By the way he had to have assistance in finding it. Took no responsibility for the situation. Not really an apology or anything.. why were these leaks not mentioned on my first visit? Why were there no notations on record? I went to this place because you had wonderful reviews. I anticipated leaving a wonderful review until yesterday's experience with yashimo. Very dissatisfied. Just looked at the carport today and more oil this time more than the last time! I don't know what's going on over there underneath in the basement what they're looking at and what they're doing.... Almost makes me believe they loosened things because I didn't go for everything they were trying to sell I went there for a basic oil change and that's what I got and then I came home with leaks and the second time I came home with more leaks! I won't go back here for sure even though Lisa gave me a coupon to come back for the next service for free windshield wipers.... Really is that how you bait and switch people?! Not interested in dishonest people not interested in dealing with this type of a business if they can't be honest the first time I go.
