From the time i entered the bay the attitiudes were not good. When I told the the worker taking my payment information, I did not want the air filter, he seemed offended and instead of just placing the filter back on the top of the engine cover, he decided to pitch/toss it onto the engine, even though I had already told him I did not want any other services, just the oil change. Later when the other tech was testing my battery serveral times, he went to the other worker mentioned before and said something, because the other person said Good Luck sarcastically and I even asked why he said that, then the tech said his test recommended to change my battery and I told him no, and it was only 1 1/2 years old working fine, with no issues and it has a 5 year replacement warranty. After I declined the battery for obvious reasons, he seemed unhappy and then proceeded to quickly pull out the long oil dipstick using only one hand and when he pulled all the way out not using other hand to hold the bottem end, it slung oil on the engine, top and side of front fender, which should never happen. He did wipe the oil off top of fender, but no where else. Not good service,
