The last several times I've been, the services that used to be automatic are no longer. For example, they used to top off fluids, air up tires, check lights and air filter automatically. Now they ask me if I want a light check. I have to ask for them to check my tire pressure and no fluid top off. They didn't even check the air filter which they normally do so they can sell one. Seems to be the policy of Valvoline, not an issue with this location since it's happened my last 3 visits and this was my first time to this location. I always felt the price was high but worth it to get the full service treatment. Not sure it's worth it anymore. Again, everyone at the location was great and friendly. Seems like it's a change in company policy.
