i spent a lot of money at this place. i can tell you that the employees who actually work do a very good job. their manager is abhorrent. i think he may actually be a child, because he looks very young. he was constantly on his phone and he has a foul mouth. my husband served in the united states marine corps for 25 years and he cusses less than the manager here. i think his name was Twon. something like that. he kept disappearing into the backroom while i was there. i dont think i actually saw him do anything but berate his employees and cuss them out. i asked the friendly young man working on my car who he was and i was astonished to find out that he is the manager. he behaves like a child whoever hired him should be ashamed of their self as should he
