For now, I am going to remain neutral with my review. Absolutely horrendous and UNACCEPTABLE experience at this location today. An experience that cost my husband and I our entire evening, me having to leave work early to come get my stranded husband, ruined plans, significant costs, a completely inoperable vehicle, and an upcoming weekend ruined! Even after damage and the utter inconvenience to us that’s going to last days, we have not heard from a single senior level manager. Nor have we received a SINGLE APOLOGY. The location “manager” only had excuses, no accountability whatsoever. His response to me several times, “it was an accident” as he sits outside smoking cigarettes and smiling on the phone. Meanwhile, my husband, who has FOUR BROKEN RIBS is stranded there for hours with no place indoors to sit, nowhere outdoors to sit besides a greasy window ledge, neither of us were even offered so much as a water, and we were left in the dark on next steps. I have numerous photos showing the condition of their customer wait area, restroom, the manager casually hanging out, and many, many more. My updated review in a few days depends ENTIRELY on what type of professionalism (if any) they decide to demonstrate moving forward, and how much effort they are going to put in to make this horrible situation right.
