Lost a lot of confidence in this location on my 1st visit. Team was friendly, acted professionally, but the time it took was way longer than it should've been. There was 3 people trying to figure out how to remove the filter. Another took 8 mins just trying to reinstall the air filter they removed and another 5 just to reinstall the oil filter. It only needs to be by hand. You don't need a filter wrench to install an oil filter. That just causes more problems next time. They dripped oil all over the fender and engine bay. Didn't clean any of it up. Also watched the guy check the lipstick level at least 9 times to then add more oil and check over and over again before finally walking over to show me. Glad you're thorough, but how many times do you need to check? The engine is hot, the oil decends fairly quickly to the pan, not minutes. Overall, slow and questioned the quality of the work watching people seem lost the whole time and almost as if it they were all still in training.

They didn’t put bolts back in my air filter cleaner
Which I had to drive with my ac screeching
Then it started to mess up my ac
I had to go to a mechanic and he saw NO bolts on air filter cleaner and replaced
And told me to go to Valvoline and inform them!
The girl with Liao is rude and she also tried to tear my hubcap off with excuses 4 months before!
I will never go there again!
They claim they do, we’re doing oil changes all this time and a mechanic said I hadn’t had an oil change in over a year and they did the same thing to my daughter and they did the same thing to my friend
