The only complaint I would have is at one point during the process another car pulled up and I guess the three people on duty instantly went to greet him put air in one of his tires and engaged in a conversation of how have you been what's been happening conversation. This lasted about 5-6 minutes all the while myself and a customer is the other bay just sat there waiting for their return to finish up our severe. I get it they were all glad to see whoever this was, it didn't really bother me as much but it did seem to irritate the customer im the other bay
