It seemed like once I didn't want the new filter at a very affordable discounted price. The mood changed a leak was discovered and I overhead them discussing it and that was it just a blurb on the receipt. Overall just not pleased with the customer service and im a longtime customer.

If you have a Honda vehicle, DO NOT get your transmission fluid changed at Valvoline. They claim to put in a compatible fluid for Hondas. However, it is not compatible. My vehicle is experiencing issues because of the transmission fluid that they put into it. I took my vehicle to the Honda dealership and they confirmed this. I reached out to Valvoline for a reimbursement for the negligence and they denied my claim. I will never take my vehicle to Valvoline ever again. It's not worth it. You don't save money in the long run.
