Staff did not have much to say. Minimal communication. They poured what looked like straight water into my windshield washer reservoir. When asked about what it was, they did not have a good explanation to convince me that it was not just water and could not show me a container or jug to prove that it was anything other than just water. The staff seemed like they were just there to muddle through a day and did not care about customer concerns. Don't think I will go back there.

It was very busy the morning I was there. Even with two lines backed up waiting a new employee was outside helping with tire air pressure, windshield washer fluid and checking things. He was so professional. He was very pleasant, very business like. I didn’t know till later it was his second day at work. When I was able to pull my truck inside the computer screen guy was very good and professional. He was very nice and explained things as well as asking performance questions and telling me how to reset my dashboard for next oil change that I never knew my 2001 truck had. This trip for simple oil change was a pleasure. I even had them check the rear end fluid and I heard the kid underneath say and laugh he could cause he had to check his daily. Sweet bunch of people.

They said very little. Nothing was checked under the hood nor tire pressure nor anything under the hood filters anything all they done was put oil in and we was finished I had to tell the guy to put washer fluid in because they didn't do anything but put oil in and that was it worst experience I've ever had at this place
