I went in to get a routine oil change but was told that the skid plate couldn't be removed due to the bolts being messed up. I mentioned that it was changed here in the exact same shop last time (they looked up the date and milage to confirm) but told me I would have to take it somewhere else, or they could cut my skid plate off. I was pretty upset that the last oil change damaged the bolts under my vehicle, and now they can't remove it (they told me last time when they put it back on them folded the gasket and it damaged the bolts) so now I have to spend money to repair damage they did, on top of not getting an oil change.
