The paint on the hood of my car was scratched during an oil change. The manager denied responsibility. One of the techs was using a screwdriver near the hood of my car. I will not return to Valvoline.

It is great to have a quick reliable in and out service provided. Unfortunately it was double the regular price I pay even at a Ford dealership. The off the shelf cost for the oil and filter should have been roughly $90-$100 dollars. We were charged over $220 for the service.
