The camera for the lower bay was not on. The didn't check any other fluids. I to remind them a about my reminder sticker. They kept forgetting to give me the 3 extra quarts that was left in my jug I provided. I asked to have have my tires rotated. They said the lift was broken. My friend had there's rotated after I left. They where all setting in thier vehicles playing music when I pulled up. Very unprofessional. I'm sure all they did was drain the oil. No grease or differential check.

I was impressed with your staff from jump. I went yesterday afternoon, returned this morning to get an oil change, and will for sure be back. All of the staff was welcoming! Brittany helped me yesterday and this morning I was greeted by the Lovely Lynn! Brittany was also there! I would shout out to the guys that helped but I canu2019t remember their names! They were amazing and should totally be praised and recognized for the phenomenal customer service! After Covid, you go to places spending your hard earned money and the staff is acting as though you are an annoyance! I went to the grocery one morning about 8:00 am and the cashier was so rude that I told her u201cThank you, your attitude has made me realize Iu2019m gonna go back home and lay back down to avoid ending up in jail today!u201d lol! So shout out to the staff at Henderson KY, Spring Garden Rd., Valvoline! YALL ROCK!
