So, against my better judgement I went back. Last time they pulled my air filter on my F-350 and, I don't know how, but managed to put it in sideways. I did talk to the manager when this happened but nothing was really done. This last time I took my wife's vehicle in purely out of lack of time to go anywhere else. I dealt with Trenton who was blunt and seemed to be having a bad day. I asked the manager about his attitude and really got no response worth anything. I don't want to seem I'm being critical but customer service is somewhat important with a business like this as well as attention to detail, like cramming an air filter in sideways. I think this will be my last time. Shame, Max was always great and friendly with me.

I was highly satisfied with my visit because the assistant manager, Trenton was awesome! The entire staff was friendly and nice, including James and Thadius. They deserve recognition for their dedication and hard work!
