I had gone to a different location prior.It was informed they didnu2019t have the oil filter but have the oil, so I went to an auto store to buy my own filter, when I returned with in 10mins to have oil change, the Erlanger location now does not have the oil. This location spent close to half an hour with me calling other locations, Florence (didnu2019t have any oil or filter). They found Independence location that would have the materials I need for an oil change, this is the location I end up having service for this rating.The representative knew who I was based on the representative who was calling locations near by.Service was done, but I did not receive any discount that I was promised from the original store I started with due to the inconvenience for an hour, on top of that my price was higher than I normally pay, and the agent was not as helpful or friendly.
