The problem I had was that they didn’t do things they were supposed to do. They changed my oil and change my filter, but did not even look at my tires. When I specifically asked them to they did not look at my headlights. My tail lights my brake lights or anything when I knew I had a headlight out which they could have replaced. Before I pulled away I made sure to ask them if they checked my tire pressure and they lied and said yes when I know they didn’t because I didn’t see anybody do it and I have had a tire pressure light on before I got there and since I’ve left.

My hood was not secured properly when I left the facility and on my home the hood flew back and smashed my windshield...also obscuring my view. I was on the interstate. 64 headed west. I had just shifted into 5th gear so I was travelling 55 - 60 mph and was very lucky to have made it into the shoulder without incident where I was able to call roadside assistance. I tried calling and was told someone would get back with me and that has yet to happen. This is turning out to be a VERY EXPENSIVE oil change and a great deal of hassle and that doesn't even include the traumatic experience on the expressway.

There is no way that you can convince me that an oil vacuum, inserted in the oil fill location on top of the engine, is better at draining the oil, than removing a drain plug in the oil pan. Any sediment or particulate matter in the oils sinks to the lowest point. Unless you are using a bore scope to locate the lowest point, blindly inserting a tube from the top cannot be effective. When I questioned as to why it was used, I was told "They want us to use it".It is enough to make me strongly consider if I will ever return.

The oil pan cover was not put on correct . After my oil change I was on interstate when the oil pan became lose and started dragging the interstate o had no idea what is was. Pulled over in side of interstate , had to call AAA to come assist me. It was apparent the lid was lose, all beaten up . They removed cover and told me to return to place that changed my oil. Returned there, they pit back on and replaced screws. However I feel this plate needs to be replaced as it was bend and dented. I drive a 2019 Honda Crv. Also deserve a refund for my services. MyMorning was totally disrupted being stranded on interstate and waiting for help , andThen returning back to valvoline. It was a 3 hourordeal, and I have a seriously ill husband at home battling cancer , who I only leave forShort periods of time , dueTo his weakness to walk and use bathroom
