Go to Steve’s shop! It’s around the corner! We Came from Columbus and had gotten an oil change. Had some weird sounds coming from the vehicle once we got down here. So we look under the van and see oil. Called cbus shop and they had a “uh oh” moment. They reached out to a local vavoline, being this one to redo the oil change and they wouldn’t. Ultimately, they Couldn’t figure my oil filter was loose. Suggested, us to not drive the car and call a tow. They would have solved our issue had they redone the oil change. This Caused us to go to a mechanic where we just laughed at vavoline for a bit. Thanks guys.
