Staff were all extremely friendly and I was comfortable, which is not always the case at Valvoline or in "male dominated" establishments. They were all very good at communicating with each other and respectful to one another and it was obvious they all liked working with each other. Super-efficient team too, they had me in and out SO fast. This was my first visit to a Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I initially went there because that was all I needed; an oil change. I did not realize that they do so much more. As I was waiting in line in my car, I could see the inspections and corrections that were happening in front of me. I was amazed to see that a tail light was being replaced! When my turn came, I was pleased with the friendliness, knowledge and professionalism of the staff that work as a team to get me in and out in a timely manner while addressing all that needed to be done for my vehicle.
