December 4, 2025- I went in to get an oil change and they asked me for an air filter, I said yes cause I hadn’t had one before since buying this car a year prior. They were so consumed with replacing it, and having issues, that they neglected to change my oil and just filled my car WITH DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF OIL! I didn’t notice and they said if I had any issues, to bring it back. I barely made it home, lost my 3rd cylinder and now my car hasn’t been the same. They have resisted helping me fix it and will not call me back. I’ve never had any issues out of Valvoline, but I will never go back again! And they had the audacity to say to my face that all I wanted was a top off. BS. I’m a widowed mother of a three-year-old just trying to make ends meet and now having major car issues because of their negligence. I’m getting an attorney.
